Selected by and bottled Exclusively for Kensington Wine Market this is our third and oldest cask of Kilchoman to date. Andrew's Tasting Note: "Nose: creamy and toasty, vanilla bean, some agave-like floral notes and barley sugars; Werther's Caramels, briny smoke, green grasses, lemon drops and heather honey; Palate: a surge of smoke, salt and earthy peat: as the palate adjusts heather honey, dark spices and peat oils emerge; barley sugars, green grasses and barbecued fish; Finish: long and chewy with dark peat and salt lingering the longest as the barley sugars and citrus fade."
