Distillery's Tasting Note

Nose: Big hit of crème brûlée with lots of caramelised sugar. Then slightly grassy, some jasmine and crisp green apple.

Palate: At first fresh citrus and mint, then sweet with leathery notes, becoming buttery.

Finish: Sweet caramel, oak and more menthol notes at the end.

Comment: A decent well balanced dram.
