Latin for "smoky Madeira" this 13 year old heavily peated expression of BenRiach as matured in Ex-Bourbon barrels before finishing in Madeira wine casks. The whisky has been bottled at 46% without colouring or chill-filtering. 

Distiller's Tasting Note

Nose: Rich peat reek with vanilla, cocoa, spices and tropical fruits.

Taste: An avalanche of bitter sweet peat and smoke, in harmony with citrus, butterscotch, peaches and cinnamon.
