A 16 year old Ileach at 56.5% with 56.5% to spare after maturing in a Refill Ex-Bourbon Hogshead. 

Panel's Tasting Note: "A huge mass of metal whirrs and clunks creating bubbles of happiness and contentment.  This machine gives of fumes of peat and heather, you can smell the honey it uses instead of oil as well as the damp oak barbecue at the heart of its boiler. Flavours of soap, lemon and diesel oil fill the lungs of the happy workers pressing its buttons and working its levers. Water softens the effects and should be added sparingly. Hints of peanut butter and glazed herbal ham will bring a smile on the finish leaving a warm happy glow blossoming in anyone who drinks this."
