From the Producer: Just because we think Jura is the best place in the world, it doesn't mean we're not open to a little international influence on our world-class whiskies. Matured in American white oak from 1993 to 2002, this stunning single malt was then re-racked into Oloroso Pasada sherry butts from the Spanish Gonzalez Byass, nurturing and taming it to perfection. Mature, subtle and warming, this is a handcrafted whisky with life experience –and a Scottish-Spanish accent.
