From a single ex-Bourbon hogshead, cask 911, 55.4%; 230 total bottles. My Tasting Note: Nose: decadent, aromatic and soft; Highland Tablet, white chocolate Hershey's kisses, apple crumble and toffee chews; Palate: very sweet and spicy too; more Highland Tablet, surging vanilla, honey and sweet toasted oak; the oak is soft and round with some grassy floral notes, but they are manhandled by the sweet-spicy notes; Finish: toasty, tingling and drying with more sweet and spicy notes; long and pleasant.
