Made from a combination of rum by Saint Lucia Distillers. A portion is distilled using column stills, with the other being distilled in traditional pot stills. The Forgotten Casks are allowed to mature for 7 to 8 years in ex-Bourbon casks before bottling.

Venezuelan rum! This one's always a hit, thanks to its notes of fruit cake, chocolate and ginger. Made from a blend of copper pot still rums that have been aged for 12 years.

"This was first produced in Santiago de Cuba over 130 years ago. It is aged using the Solera process, so on average the rums contained herein are 15 years old," according to Master of Malt. Thanks to the Cuban Revolution, it's no longer made in Cuba; it's now made in the Dominican Republic. A molasses-based rum, it's a dark-gold colour with delicious notes of vanilla, toasted sugar and banana.
