Balblair is a bit of a diamond in the rough, established in 1790 it is among the oldest distilleries in Scotland. Little known until its rebranding in 2007 the distillery has nothing but potential... Distillery's Tasting Notes: "Aroma : Honey, cloves, nutmeg and vanilla. Palate : Sweet, honey and toffee flavours combine with chocolate, lemons and oranges. Finish : Full bodied and long lasting." ml
