My Tasting Note: Nose: very floral, like a garden center on a hot day, toasted oak, fruit salad, honeycomb and crisp toasted oak; marshmallow and white chocolate show later; Palate: sweet and very toasty, lush vanilla, caramelized honey, poached white fruits, croissant with almond paste and floral oils; Finish: long and still toasty with rich vanilla and more caramelized honey.
