This pilsner is a fair-trade, organic and gluten-free lager with an alcohol content of 5%, the first Fairtrade lager in the world. It has a mild, slightly bitter flavour of hops and is easy to drink. It is brewed using only high grade organic barley malt, organic hops and Fairtrade certified organic rice.

A smoked bock beer for Bamberg's strong beer season (October through December). Matured for months in ancient rock-cellars underneath Bamberg and tapped freshly from the oakwood cask. Similar to, but much bigger than the classic Maerzen style.
