Distillery Tasting Note: Nose: Fresh and fruity with barley sugar sweetness. Boiled sweets, stewed plums and a sprinkling of Demerara sugar. Banana skins and orange essence giving way to clove oil and liquorice. Palate: Juicy, syrupy and round with sweet stewed plum and orange flavours, balanced with gentle oak spice and nuances of clove and liquorice. Finish: Lingering fruits, warming spice and liquorice.
