Nose: biscuity, fruit flan, graham wafers and honey, rich sherry notes, buttery oak, malted milk candy bar and traces of sauternes; Palate: soft sherry notes. Sweet spices of cinnamon, ginger and cardamom. Rich toasted oak which fades to soft leather and damp tobacco. Christmas cake and burnt fruits too. Finish: vanilla extract, more fruit flan, honey and soft sherry with some lingering tobacco.
