Since its first whisky release a little over a year ago, Kilchoman distillery, the first new distillery built on Islay in 125 years, has been making big waves in the whisky world! Its whiskies may be young, but are full of depth and character well beyond their years. The first four official releases of their single malt sold out quickly, so you can imagine how thrilled we were to get our own cask!
