My Tasting Note: soft and fruity the nose rolls out in layers begining with peaches and apricots, toasted almonds follow, fresh cream, cinnamon toast and moist fruit cake right out of the oven; Palate: sweet, smooth, spicy and rich with soft caramelized fruits, sauternes wine, Manuka honey, black licorice, vanilla ice cream and Christmas spices; Finish: smooth with loads of sweet spices, hints of sherry and black licorice. ml
