Tasting Note From Whisky Intelligence:Nose: peat reek, heather, juniper, malt dust and some sweet dessert wine notes, heather and juniper. Late bandages, cocoa and peanut shells. Taste: malty and full of peat reek; Hints of the heather, malt and cocoa along with some further sweetness that is in harmony with the peat smoke. Finish: malty and somewhat akin to peanut butter, oak notes and the heather and juniper.
