The brewery never had a desire to produce copies of existing beers. As a consequence, La Chouffe and Mc Chouffe are distinctive and unique. The use of unusual ingredients such as spices, candy sugar , water from the Cedrogne spring (one of Belgium's highest) make for superb drinking experiences. Strong, spicy, lightly hoppy, with evolving taste. Bottle refermented, unfiltered, not pasteurized and without any additives.
