The Fine Oak range departs from the Sherry Oak range in that it uses both European & American oak sherry casks. The result is a softer more delicate style of Macallan with more vanilla & floral tones. Distillers Tasting Note: NOSE: Rich and robust, with a hint of peach, blood orange and wood spice. PALATE: Intense, coconut and vanilla, with a hint of sultana, lemon and peat. FINISH: Lingering, with a hint of sherry, orange and spice.
