Only 270 bottles in this bottling, matured in bourbon casks and bottled at a cask strength of 55.3%.Nose: lots of sweet, gristy vanilla and malt, minty and grassy, faint traces of smoke and salt with the peat nowhere to be seen, unusually fresh and lively; Palate: sweet spicy vanilla on the palate superseded by salty, buttery peat that slowly darkens to chocolate notes; Finish: drying, oily and sweet with chocolaty-grassy peat.
