Edradour Distillery just outside of Pitlochry in Scotland's Southern Highlands in Scotland's smallest distillery. Nose: Woody and spicy with some fresh mint, very herbaceous. Palate: Thick and chewy, spicy toast, bitter herbs, tired bubblegum and a hint of raisins come out with water. Finish: slightly burnt. ml
