Tasting Note: Nose - Damp moss, varnish, fruit (red apples, green bananas and oranges) barnyardy. Subtle hints of the rich oat, chocolate and marmalade flavours from batch 1. Its sweet side really develops and brings out aromas of vanilla and toasted marshmallows. Palate - Loads of sherry and oak. Nice and earthy - think moss and damp woodlands or dunnage warehouse floors. Finish - Long and sweet.
