Nose: Sweet oak and honey, hints of coconut and candy appear with butterscotch and liquorice also evident. Palate: The taste is crisp and malty with a slight nuttiness, the malt begins to open and notes of citrus and sweet fruit emerge to coat the tongue. Finish: Clean and fresh, a lingering creamy sweetness; mellow, smooth and bursting with flavour. Distilled 1/10/98. Bottled 29/10/08. Cask 703. 231 Bottles.
