The exact cask composition of this whisky is unknown, but its colour, nose and palate hint at a rich European Oak/Sherry Cask heritage. Distilled in 1958 the whisky was bottled in 2007. Nose: sweet and rich with hints of toffee and caramel; mulled fruits and sherry elements combines with subtle oak aromas. Palate: complex array of flavours with sweet sherry, and hints of apples and pears; some toasted drier notes are also present. Finish: classic sherry notes. ml
