Colour: burnt umber. Nose: very fruity, some sour notes, grapefruit, raspberry syrup, sour keys (the candy). Palate: touch of peat, very fruity and sweet, nutty, candied orange and carmelized fruit. Finish: long and complex, with the smoke reimerging late after the sweet, sour & fruit notes fade! ml
