The whisky was produced from a vatting of virgin oak, oloroso sherry and ex-bourbon. Honey suckle, vanilla, almond, nutmeg and spices, on the nose; w/ water, subtle, more perfumed and floral. Palate: dark chocolate, layers of fruits, loads of spices; peaches syrup, marzipan & sultanas. Finish: complex and dry balancing with earlier sweet notes. The 25Yr earned a Silver Medal recognition from Whisky Magazine.700 ml
