Nose: Rich, dried fruits, blackberries, blackcurrants, hints of malt and spices, with a touch of vanilla. Peat smoke lingers in the background. Sweeter, perfumed & more smoked w/ water. Palate: Rich, sweet fruit flavours, dry spice, pepper, smoke & licorice. Smoke & vanilla dominate with water, while the burnt fruit and spices slowly develop. Finish: rich fruit with traces of peat smoke.
