Colour: light gold w/ hints of green. Nose: clean, maretime, sea air & salted fish, tar, nutty & toffee, elusive fruit notes & lingering peat embers. Smoke & peat build w/ time, water closes the nose: showing only smoke, bourbon notes & toffee. Body: clean soft. Palate: dry, sweet, nutty, custard, trademark Talisker chilli notes. Smoke shows early and lasts, treacle too. Finish: long, black pepper. ml
