Although founded in 1898 Benriach was only in production 2 years before closing for 65. The distillery started up again in 1965 & the oldest surviving casks of whisky date from the following year, 1966. This 40Yr Benriach is a marriage of two Hogsheads from that year, & is the oldest Benriach ever bottled. Each of the 265 bottles is hand numbered in a mohagany box complete w/ a miniature & flask. 700 ml
