Highland Park on Orkney Island is Scotland's most northerly distillery. Established in 1798, it is also one of Scotland's oldest. This Cask Strength Highland Park has been bottled at a cask strength of 57.2%, and is a marriage of 3 Re-fill Sherry Hogsheads. Distilled on June 15th of 1995 it was bottled May 25th 2006. It is unchilfiltered.
