Murray McDavid St. Magdalene 1982 was matured 24 years in bourbon, before finishing for a short period (or aceing as Jim MacEwan puts it) in port pipes. It has been bottled at cask strength without colouring or chill-filtering at 58.3%. Only 446 bottles produced. St. Magdalene distillery is occasionally referred to as Linlithgow. The distillery was located in the Lowlands near Edinburgh. ml
