This whisky is limitted to 858 bottles world wide, with only 20 of them coming to Canada! The bottle is hand numbered, and beautifully presented in a magnetically closed, black laquered wood box, lined in velvet! Matured in 100% ex-bourbon casks. Nose: candied fruit, cinnamon & gentle smoke. Body: full, soft. Palate: tropical fruits, light smoke & vanilla. Finish: warm & soft. Very collectible!
Time has not been generous with this whisky, its strength haing faded over 37 years to 43.4%; but it remains an amazing dram. It has earned one award & was described by Charles Maclean as "Splendid"!
