This bottling is a vatting of 1st and 2nd fill Oloroso sherry casks bottled at cask strength, 55.8%. Nose: icing sugar, fruit, Demerara, doughy and pine notes. Body: medium. Palate: starts out sweet, but fades into dried red fruit with both malty and nutty characteristics. Finish: buttery grains and fruit. We have only secured 18 bottles for Kensington Wine Market!750 ml
