This whisky was matured for 15 years in a mix of new and refill sherry casks before a finishing period in specially selected hand crafted Scottish Oak casks. Nose: syrupy, fresh honey and sweet vanilla. Body: medium, velvetty. Palate: apple crumble w/ vanilla custard; rich dark chocolate towards the finish. Finish: long, dry and oaky.
