This whisky has loads of colour for such a young dram; deep, golden-brown! Toasted oak, and plentiful fruit on the nose; much sweeter and creamier w/ water. On the palate the whisky is resinous and shows vanilla and toffee w/ some citrus notes; w/ water it becomes malty, sweet oak, sultanas and raisins appear. The finish is sweet buttery and complex.
