Aged in smaller casks the whisky matures more quickly, & finished in secondary casks the whiskies pick up different flavours & characters. Nose: golden syrup, aqua, pear & apples. Body: creamy. Palate: malty-sweet w/ citrus notes. Finish: silky-smooth w/ sugary malt.
