The northern most whisky distillery in Scotland actually bottling single malt, Highland Park is famous for its gently peated whiskies. This whisky was made and matured 30 years in the scenic Orkney Islands in sherry and bourbon casks. Nose: spicy w/ nutmeg and dark chocolate. Palate: massive toffee, dark chocolate, orange & unmistakable Orkney peat. Finish: long, rich, smoky and surprsingly sweet.750 ml
