Whisky Magazine Tasting Notes
Nose: Cream soda sweetness punctuated by gluey hints. Palate: Smooth, slightly drying. Hot and a little salty. Pastis. Mint. Finish: Silky, warming and curiously reminiscent of mint imperials. (Drier with water). Comment: A lot going on in this whisky; can't help thinking about a Mint Julep, though.
