Giovanni Manetti, with the masterful help of Franco Bernabei's winemaking skills makes some of Tuscany's finest Chianti in a style that shows a modern approach to Chianti without abandoning the character of the past. It is made with 100% Sangiovese grapes and ageing is done is small French barriques for 12 months. It's full bodied and shows classic red berry with undertones of spice.

Previously sold under the Chianti Colli Senesi name, this cuvée comes from part of Le Ragnaie (Troncone), a vineyard located just under the 600-meter limit decreed by the government for the production of Brunello and Rosso di Montalcino) It offers aromas of black cherry and spices, with a rich and silky mouth. Its well-integrated tannins and persistent finish make it excellent value for money. Ideal to accompany grilled meats and pasta. A refined and pleasant Tuscan.
