It brings out the full flavour of Iwai, and unlike Junmai Daiginjo and Junmai Ginjo, it retains its flavour, richness, and moderate aroma, and has an exquisite balance of spiciness, It maintains its strong flavour at various temperatures, including refrigerated, room temperature, and warm."

(Emmanuel Courvoisier was one of those men.) As it has been since the early 1800s, Courvoisier is made in the town of Jarnac, in Charente, France. It was the favourite Cognac of Napoleon Bonaparte - in fact, the place where Courvoisier is made has a museum about Cognac, which also holds a few Napoleon momentos, including a lock of his hair, a hat and coat.
