The origins of Casa Noble can be traced back to the mid 1700's when a hacienda was established in an inhospitable land where the only crop was blue agave. By 1900 the state was growing 1,000,000 plants a year, fully 1/6 of the Jalisoc regions total production. This yeilded a daily production of 660L of spirit.
