Made from an obscure white grape, Jacquère (Typical Varietal from Savoy), this wine shows a bright white and straw yellow colour. The nose provides subtle aromas of ripe fruits (pears, grapefruit…). You will also feel notes of fresh butter and soft spice flavour creating an interesting complexity. It is fleshy and has a slight woody taste. On the palate, this wine is well balanced by a natural acidity creating a nice freshness. The finish has roasted almonds flavour.

This is effectively a demi-sec (half sweet) wine but he has decided not to include that designation on the label for some reason. It's the richest of the bunch with a concentrated alpine honey note alongside that signature fruit basket. It has great aging potential but it would ideal now with things like pate, goats cheese or apple cake.

A blend of 60% Petit Courbu and 40% Petit Manseng from limestone soils, with a skin-contact maceration for the Petit Manseng, followed by malolactic fermentation and aging in tank and (sur lie) in barrel for the blended wine. A pleasantly round wine, this dry white is marked by tropical fruit notes. A highly ageable white, it can be paired with the regional cheeses as well as chicken and pork dishes.
