Honig Cabernet Sauvignon is a beautiful Napa Cab from a classy family winery. Louis Honig bought a 68-acre ranch in Rutherford in 1964 which became Honig Vineyard & Winery. Today the family practices organic farming to produce great Cabs and Sauvignon Blancs. This Cab from the stellar 2006 vintage is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon with small amounts of Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc.
