Owned by Highland distilleries, much of the Tamdhu distillery production goes into the Famous Grouse blend which is immensely popular in the UK and Canada. However, as it is considered by some afficianodos to be a classic urbane whisky, mild, with a hint of sweetness, it's contribution as a single malt cannot be overlooked.
