Winemaker Grant Stanley trained in New Zealand, where he did a stint at Ata Rangi. Then he spent 10 years at Quails' Gate in the Okanagan Valley before moving to 50th Parallel, a lovely little winery located in Lake Country. This medium-bodied white sipper is made from Pinot Gris grapes and has very pretty notes of nectarine, peach, mandarin and apple. Pair with chicken, salmon, pork, or just enjoy it chilled by itself.
