Birnie Moss is a single malt whisky distilled, matured and bottled by the new owners. Peated to 35ppm it has been bottled without colouring or chillfiltering at a strength of 48%. Official Distiller's Tasting Notes: "Official Tasting Note: Nose: Rich peaty notes in wonderful balance with vanilla oak wood. Palate: An avalanche of rich, sweet Speyside Peat, in combination with vanilla and tropical fruits."
