This beer is the fifth in our Conservation Brew series, a project developed as part of our longstanding collaboration with the Wilder Institute. This year, our focus is on the Mountain Bongo, a rare, forest-dwelling antelope found only in isolated, high-altitude forests in Kenya. The Wilder Institute’s program aims not only to stabilize and grow the Bongo population in the Ragati-Chehe forests, but also to conserve the mountain ecosystems they call home. This project involves time, trust, and a deep rooted care for protecting animals and the planet we share.

"It’s crisp, crushable, but still unique. The hop character is obvious, but not bitter, showcasing some gentle tropical fruit and a smooth spicy floral note. Overall, the beer will be light on the pallet but full of nuance.
