"Exp. Opacity 32, DDH Hazy Nano IPA 3.5% ABV
Welcome to our first foray into the world of low-ABV Hazy IPA. Balancing hop expression, while maintaining a full-bodied low-ABV Hazy IPA experience is somewhat of a brewing challenge as higher ABV beers tend to present and hold flavours to a higher degree. After much experimentation we landed on a grain bill extremely high in adjuncts and mashed at a ridiculously high temperature to keep that body full yet quaffable. Hopped generously, but not outrageously, with our favourite lot of Krush with supporting roles from New Zealand powerhouses Rakau, Motueka, & Motueka Fresh Hop Amplifire Oil. We find balanced notes of guava gushers, stone fruit medley, & citrus zest."
