"For reasons unknown to most here at Master of Malt, we’ve got a lot of maturing casks of gin. As they have matured on, we decided to have a look at several dozen of them and while they’re all way better than any of us feared, about one in four is absolutely mind blowingly yummy. Sowe bottled one last year. It’s sold old. Sohere’s another. You’re welcome."

Nose: Blueberry pancakes, carrot muffin, herbal teas and a citrus lift.
Taste: Gin reveals itself, then immediately oaky, sweet, vanilla, almond, French pastry, Chinese laundry.
Finish: Southern Comfort sweetness and tannic (not dry) grip of American oak, whispering “marzipan” in Castilian Spanish.
