It all started in 2012 in a backyard tool shed, where Graham Sherman’s passion for technology and craftsmanship led to an obsession with brewing beer. Coming from a background in IT and military communications, he thrived on problem-solving and innovation. What began as a personal challenge soon became a mission to change Alberta’s brewing industry.
Graham quickly realized his dream was illegal due to outdated liquor laws that made it impossible for small brewers to operate. Instead of backing down, he fought to change the system.
