"Mycelium – Chanterelle Wild Ale, 4.4% ABV
Forget everything you think you know about beer and believe the hype. All the hype, including the fact that this is a collaboration with our friends at Horus Aged Ales (@horusagedales) from California. We crammed 12kg of wild chanterelles, both fresh and dried, into this beer. Due to seasonality and the many steps taken to make this beer, there were also several different varieties added, all foraged by Calgary local supplier The Canadian FunGuy (@canadian.funguy). After patiently waiting over a year and a half, the result is pure mushroom magic: a surprisingly fruity sip of ripe apricot, citrus, pepper, and deep earth."

"We’re closing out stout season by once again letting the barrels—and the beer—speak for themselves. Aged for an average of 15 months, we blended one Willet and two Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels with a whiskey barrel from friends and locals Burwood Distillery. Be reborn in velvety layers of cocoa, medjool dates, and rich, warming liqueur. Sip it slowly, but nab your stash quickly! We reckon we saved the best for last.

"Pure Phase, Triple Hazy IPA, 10.0% ABV
Because we’re not just always honing our craft, we’re also always deepening our palates, each release discovers new constellations of flavour unveiled in each unique hop blend, and each individual lot. This is supplemented by our love of experimenting with the newest advanced hop products, which truly spawns an infinite horizon. This hazy is another ode to our love for NZ hops, revealing hawaiian punch, soft serve vanilla ice cream, and just a touch of resin. Our one and only triple of 2025 was our highest rated, and we think the 2026 edition has gone above and beyond."

New Year, new IPAs! We’ve poured everything we learned in 2025—every technique, every refinement—into the anniversary releases. This particular hop combo takes you through nostalgic banana candies, sun-ripened berries, juicy nectarine, and just a wisp of that sweet mary jane. And as always, this mouthwatering odyssey rides atop the ultra-creamy, lush base our hazies are legendary for. We don’t always say this about any ABV above 5%, but this one? Absolutely crushable.

"Electric Mainline, Imperial Hazy IPA, 8.3% ABV
Wouldn’t be a celebration without a couple of white cans, eh? We’re lucky enough to live in and around some of the best grain on earth, and being able to source fresh from the field is a big part of what makes our IPAs drink like riding a giant down pillow through the fluffy sky sanctuary. This high voltage hazy will have rainbow dunkaroos, gummy worms, guava, plum, and pear ebbing and flowing from your palate, and it’s so absolutely quaffable you’re gonna want to find every possible excuse to dive in."
