Why would you name an IPA you made Caesar Salad? Why would you put a picture of Romaine lettuce on the label? Because you are Superflux Brewing, and you can get away with ANYTHING. Furthermore, this IPA contains Anchovy Hops. Canned at 6.5%. Croutons not included.

"Caesar Salad is an IPA brewed with our friends at Fast Fashion in Seattle. It is dry hopped with Anchovy and Citra. Anchovy hops are a new variety grown at Segal Hop Ranch. Anchovy was originally sponsored by Matt from Fast Fashion and he has played a massive part in promoting and popularizing it. These hops are a little more restrained and delicate and we taste really pleasant notes of watermelon and Starburst. "

"We have our second collaboration beer with Freestyle available now! For those who aren’t aware, Freestyle Hops produces some of the highest-quality hops out of New Zealand (don’t sleep on this one). This year, as members of Freestyle’s Research Collective, we were given Manilita to play around with and report back our findings to the growers. This exclusive experimental variety was named after the manilita mango from Mexico. To showcase this one-of-a-kind hop, we decided to go big with a triple-dry-hopped hazy double IPA.
